Here are some tips Balaji!

1) You can use knee pads to maintain strength and reduce injury

2) I highly recommend good running shoes such as Asics, Brooks, New Balance made specifically for running.

3) Always stretch before you run, helps reduce injuries

4) Run on softer surfaces if you run outside

5) Balance runs with walks/leg workouts

6) If your injured, let your body heal!

Ultimately your knees will weaken with time but enjoy it till it lasts :)
